I don't know what this person on the first post is talking about ... Rose, the person who owns the establishment, is wonderful. We have been bringing our dogs to her for 20 years. All our dogs have been very large dogs, and they all loved her. She has washed shaved or whatever the situation calls for and they all looked great. She does a great job for a fair price!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! I should've went with my gut after calling to make the appointment. To start, the women who answered (i believe is the owner) was rude and very short with me, it was as if she hated her job. So i was told the haircut for which i took my dog for was around 32.00, I told her i wanted it short shaved whatever they do, never been to a dog grooming place which i told her thinking she would explain more of what they do. Any how i dropped him off at 2:30 got a call around 3:00 to pick him up, he was ready. I was really surprised that it was that quick and excited to see my dog! I seriously thought she was tricking me when my dog came through the door, he looked the same!!! She said he wouldn't allow her to give him a full cut!? He is a small pomeranian and she had a muzzle on him, what do you mean he wouldn't let you? Maybe if you spent more than 5 minutes on him you could've done your job. She apparently trimmed him up but obviously didn't clean him up since hair was everywhere, and all over his leash i brought in with him. She had the audacity to bill me $37.00 !!! This place is garbage I could go on and on with a lot more, trust me, just DO NOT GO HERE!!!
