        I e-mailed an order into DC Ellington on 8-26-09 and after repeated phone calls I finally received it 9-24-09. My order was not the biggest, but I would have much rather been told that my order was not large enough than have my time wasted. Unfortunately I wont be back, they really need to learn that if you say your going to do something in business it is important to actually follow through. They do have a wonderful web site, and a great catalog but if you dont deliver the goods when you say your going to then it really does not matter does it.
