Fan of other eat/play establishments. Location alone made us hesitant to visit. Made the trek from Waukesha on a weekday afternoon. 5ppl in entire premise...should have suspected something. After waiting 15min to even get anyone's attn, let alone order - ordered Eat/Play combo. Chicken and Burger dishes. Waited bit longer than normal and chicken came RAW in middle!!! Complained and after negotiating with (manager?), got new order and FREE $20 gameplay. $20 Lasted 45min and had a good time but will never forget the pink chicken dish!

We were there Friday night and right from when we walked in the place blew us away. The games flashing, all the TVs going with all the opening day baseball games playing, It was like we stepped into Vegas. It was our first time there and the guy standing at the front door was more then helpful explaining to us how the games worked (with a power card), where to order food, and even what games he liked the best. The food we half expected to be just burgers and fries but WOW that menu had everything from your basic cheese sticks all the way up to a Fire Grilled Salmon that was out of this world. As we were planning out our night we figured we would go here to eat and play a little bit but they head out to a bar to watch the rest of the games and kick back. We never left till they closed at 1am. There bar had some of the friendliest bartenders I have had the pleasure of being served from and some amazing signature drinks (the walk the plank is awesome). To top it all off anytime we needed anything from help to play a game to where the bathroom was there was an employee or manager around with a smile on there face to help. This one trip has made us guests for life.
Recording indicates they are open at 11 but after many calls(after 11) their answering machine still reports they are close. Really? Tried calling there corp office and i was told "i'm in Texas". Not really sure what that meant but... Apparently there is no way for the corp office to contact the restaurant and let them know they are losing customers due to their being "closed". We had a party of 9 and wanted to secure seating but now we will go to another place.

Went with a group of people on a Saturday evening. Knew it would be busy, but were told 2+ hour wait for a table. So we went to the bar. Bartenders, very nice, didn't have to wait long for drinks and drinks were very good. Decided to skip waiting for a table and pulled a couple tables together in bar and ordered food there. Waitress was very nice, but clearly overwhelmed with how many tables she had to wait on. Food was not good at all - half our orders were cold when we got them, 2 people didn't get their food for another 15 minutes after the rest of us had ours, and it was cold. Expensive - not worth the money. We waited about 45 minutes for our food. Okay, now it's not known for the food. On to playing games. Scary. Couldn't get on some games because people never left them, did have fun with some of the others. Gang fight broke out in the back and security everywhere - it was very scary. We will never go there again. When you have to have THAT many security people on hand every night...that should tell you something. I would not recommend this place for any reason...!!!!
