Custom Staffing

These people are unprofessional and don't know how to spell, or conduct info. A guy I spoke with about my W2 read my address back all wrong then had the nerve to tell me to just come pick it up. They send you to jobs with the wrong description. You aren't even kept for the 8 hours you were told. Companies they are contracted with are low pay. This place is not considered trusted. Actually allot of these agencies get paid better than the temps. With how our economy is, you would think places like this would be more reasonable but it's a benefit for them to use you as a pun. Keep sending out those resumes to real jobs cuz no agency is going to consider how serious you can be and neither are these companies they're in cahoots with. There's a company out there that will give you the benefit of doubt, stay strong. Good luck!!!

I came to Custom Staffing Solutions a few weeks ago after I was laid off from my CNC job of 7 years. After I came in and applied, I was immediately referred to a recruiter that was very helpful and honest. Two days later, I was scheduled with an interview for a CNC operator position for a pay rate a little more than what I was making at my old job. They even helped me with my resume. I have now been at the job for over 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend Custom Staffing Solutions. If you happen to stop in, ask for Al. He was my recruiter and was really professional and helpful.

This is one of the worst temporary agencies in Milwaukee. &&They like to send people out to factories such as Baird and Quad Graphics. They pay $7.25/hr & charge $7 per day for their transportation. You have to wait for a text or call everyday.They cater to the Hispanic workers first. The pay sucks for jobs that they offer. Try more upscale & reputable agencies such as Hatch or Manpower.
