replaced my hot water heater. left a big mess. they did not backflush water valves causing just a trickle of hot water coming out. they knew about it but did nothing. i have to hire someone to fix their problem. stay away from these guys they are awful and rude.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, RUDE SERVICE, INCOMPLETE SERVICE, INCORRECT INFORMATION, BILLED FOR SERVICES NOT AUTHORIZED, RUDE RUDE RUDE, REFUSED TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY CAUSED, TOLIET WORKED WORSE AFTER THEY TOUCHED IT, DRILLED HOLES INTO BEDROOM WALL, BROKE FLAT SCREEN TV, HANDLED THE REPAIR OF THE TV COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATELY. STAY AWAY FROM CARLS PLUMBING.
