Got ripped off.
Got ripped off. Was suppose to have a 10-12 Escalade Limo and they sent a regular stretch limo that maybe fit 8 comfortably. Prior to the wedding, we changed the hours we needed the limo--no problem---until the owner charged for me 8 hours instead of of 5, increased the drive charge from $45 to $75 never telling me or getting my ok. Thank god I had a receipt and used my credit card. The only positive thing was the driver. He was really nice and very attentive. But obviously, the owner lack business ethics.

Just wanted to say Thank you to Beverly Hills Limo for an incredible evening last night. Took our kids out for a special night to see the Christmas lights around town and they loved it. The smiles on there faces made my Christmas so again, Thank you for the wonderful experience and a night my children will never forget!! Also thank you for the egg nog that was a very nice surprise.

Just had my first limousine experience…
Just had my first limousine experience last night with our company Christmas Party and it was amazing. The door to door service in cold weather was greatly appreciated. No worries with parking downtown was amazing as well when night club hopping:-0) Not to mention that every time we were ready to go, when we called our driver, Tony, he was always right there in front with the door open making us all feel like VIP's. Thank you Beverly Hills Limousine Service for going over and above to not only make this evening safe for all of us, but for making all of us feel special.

This company did such a great job, they deserve to be noticed. They offered an open house to see their limos before I rented and the car I picked is the car that showed up. It also was early and the driver was very polite. So before you assume that everything you read is true, go see for yourself and check them out. This is a true story, they are the real thing and do deserve to be rated highly!

These people are completely dishonest there vehicles are all above 100,000 miles and they smell awful. They show up dirty and they are not dependable. Look deep what company would have reviews written by supposed 4 different people yet they strangly have the same writting style check it out look for the telltale Double !!. Watch out and check out the reviews from later dates they are the true story

We had my bachelor party with Beverly Hills as the Limo for the night. Our driver was right there for every pickup, was courteous and absolute fun!! The car was clean and ready to go with ice for our party materials. I would recommend them to everyone. Being an entertainer traveling all over the world, I have used ground transportation companies many many a times. None of them has been as amazing as Beverly Hills Limousine Service. Between my brothers and myself, we have used their sedans, limousines, vans and buses. Never once have we been disappointed. Not only were the vehicles all new, but the drivers were excellent. We never had to worry about confidential subjects of where we were going or staying while in Milwaukee and Chicago land area. And what really iced the cake, was that they were able to handle all our ground transportation need thru out the entire United States. Def a ""one stop shop"" that made it all so easy. Being in the corporate world and really having to impress all our clients the very first time can be pressuring. With that being said, after calling around for transportation need to several companies, I had gone with Beverly Hills Limousine Service and I am so glad that I did. Not only were their rates very fair, but their service was indeed just like they promised, ""second to none"" They show up in a 2011 VIP coach that was amazing. What made it even better was their driver, Mike. He refreshed the bus every time we were in and out of it. We never .had to wait for him when we came out of buildings. The bus had WiFi and was able to stream our presentation from the laptops to the flat screens on the wall for all to see. I highly recommend this company to any one.

We rented a limo for Halloween and it was the most fun ever!! Our driver Dean was awesome!! He knew how to get everywhere we wanted to go and was so much fun!! He went out of his way to decorate the limo for halloween and made it a night to remember. I have recommend this company to everyone in the family and all my friends. This is a must use company for the next time we go out, or for any occasion. Thank you!!

We used Beverly Hills Limousine service for my best friends Bachelorette Party and we experienced awesome customer service with a special touch. Our driver Tony was a complete gentleman and did everything he could do make the night a special one for us. DO NOT GO WITH THEM-they are a joke

So my wedding is August 14th and we made the reservation 2 months early. Call to confirm times and they double booked and can't help us anymore 2 days before the wedding. The PGA tour was in town and instead of being a reputable company and sticking with the contracted party they chased the extra money. Complete mess and with such a large wedding party we had to end up paying $600 more because of the short notice but at least Churchill (great company and great service) could help us

Before I rented a limo this past weekend, I checked out the BBB because I have heard some horror stories, but the service that I received from Beverly Hills Limo was outstanding. There driver arrived early and was very polite. The car was fantastic. Very clean and one of the nicest limos I have ever been in. I have recommended this company to everyone I know and will be using there service again! There BBB rating of A+ is definatley well deserved!!!

STAY AWAY...THEY WRECKED OUR CAREFULLY PLANNED EVENT

BAD BAD BAD STAY AWAY....THIS COMPANY WRECKED OUR EVENT. Absolutley terrible experience with this company. The driver was rude and either did not know how to turn off the heat in the limo or did not care. Our guest oF honor got ill from the heat in the limo and we ended up riding with the windows open duringf a rain storm just to try to cool the vehicle. \r The bill was wrong and not as quoted and the driver had the nerve to fill-in a 20% tip for himself and say it was the company's policy that the drivers get a 20% tip. Not bad when you consider that a tip is for good service and this guy was a louse. I have already called the credit card company to do a chargeback on the invoice.
