Jeremy really made the experience a great one. Who knew there was so much to know about good quality patio furniture. He was friendly, knowledgeable & kept all his promises. We are thinking about a pool perhaps in the next year or 2 & would definitely look to do business with Allied Pools & Jeremy.

Larry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us. Good, direct and honest answers to all of our questions. The large selection available at your store was also very important in our making a decision because it allowed us to evaluate all the possibilities.

I purchased a 27' Sentinelle Pool Package for $4,680.19 on 5-30-11 from Allied Pools at 1800 S. 108th Street, West Allis, Wisconsin. The purchase price did not include the cost of labor or water. Today, 6-27-11, the pool was installed. After we had paid for and put 13,000 gallons of water into the pool, a hole in the liner was discovered as evidenced by water leaking out of the pool into our yard.... read more At the same time, we noticed the pump was leaking water. We went to Allied Pools immediately and were told by the manager, Jeremy Taylor, that the liner was defective and was covered under warranty. However, the cost of the installation of a new liner and the cost of another 13,000 gallons of water was our responsibility. We explained the pool was just installed four hours ago and we should not have to pay an additional $799.00 for the installation of the liner and $452.00 for another 13,000 gallons of water. The pool installers reported this was the fourth liner this year they installed that was defective and Allied Pools is fully aware that they are selling a defective product. We have asked Allied Pools to pay for the costs of replacing the liner but they have refused. We would like them to pay for the cost installing a new liner and for the water to fill the pool because they willingly and with full knowledge sold us a defective product.
