While the donuts and cupcakes are very good, my first experience was not good. I went in telling them it was my first visit because I was given a buy 6 get 6 free coupon for donuts and a buy 6 get 6 coupon for cupcakes. After picking out my selections, and the young lady quickly running my debit card, she said it would be $17.98. I asked her what full cost would be for these items, she said it would be $27.98, thus half would be $13.98. but because of the coupons, I was being charged more. I disagreed and said forget it, to which she said, you can't as I already ran your card. I said refund the card, to which she said I can't.

Bottom line...It was my first time, I was a new customer at a time they should try to make me a "forever customer", but I left feeling cheated and became a "for_Never customer" and will post this in any place I can. The product is good but the experience was not which is really very sad. I will post this everywhere I can and send it to the editorial page of the Milton Independent as well...oh well.

I am quite pleased to have found a bakery where you are able to get quality products that are this light, delicious, and made with the perfect balance of ingredients. The doughnuts, chocolate covered croissants, cinnamon rolls, and sugar cookies are out of this world. The pies, cakes, and wedding cakes look delicious as well. They are next on the Madelline's to-try-list. They are also always served with a smile. I have had an excellent experience each time. I would highly recommend you give Madeline's a try if you enjoy fresh pastries, pies, cakes, or baked goods.

I fine it pretty upsetting that I placed an order for a holiday sugar free cake a week before I needed it for Christmas Eve and I get a call from the bakery 3 hours before pickup saying you cant make it. It makes me more upset that your calling me the day of pick up and the day before Christmas to say you cant make anything sugar free and act like its no big deal well thanks now my family has no deserts
