I highly recommend utilizing the New York State Troopers located in Highland, NY or the Ulster County Sheriff Offices, as these individuals rarely engage in any actual effort to combat crime, other than to focus on ensuring that their coffee is still warm. I have witnessed repeated instances of gross misconduct, whether it be a refusal to provide an Officer's Information, etc. They are not professionals, and should not be treated as such.
