I would like to make a comment about J&L. The other two complaints on here I can not understand. I recently started with J&L after constant problems with Patriot and Waste Management. I know that J&L is a small business and they do not provide the cans and all the other who ha but listen when you call them they actually answer the phone and they are personable. When you finally get through at patriot you get the rudest &%@**&#@! in the world. I witnessed the husband of the two man team at J&L actually pick up a piece of trash that flew out on the ground. Now what person from any other company would actually do that. Oh and can you believe they actually come when they are scheduled to come and get your trash. Wow that is amazing. So when you are looking on this sight for their number give them a call and ignore the other to inputs they were obviously already upset about soemthing else or they were in the wrong. I have been with J&L Pickup Services since Sep of 2011. I had been using Emerald Waste Service and The Patriot Company earlier and tired of their sloppy inconsistent services. Also I objected to their always changing ‘Fuel Surcharge’. It went up periodically but never down. I suppose they thought their customers were morons or something . J&L have provided timely and consistent excellent service at a steady, fair price. I also appreciate the personal touch. As someone said earlier, you get a person on the phone when you call, not a machine. I wholeheartedly recommend J&L to anyone in the area who desires excellent dependable service.
THEY ARE THE BEST GARBAGE COMPANY AROUND. THEY NEVER MISS MY TRASH, AND HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I RECCOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE! THEY ARE A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS. I GUESS THATS ONLY TO CUSTOMERS THAT PAY THIER BILLS! AND WHAT GARBAGE COMPANY IS GOING TO TAKE 15 BAGS OF TRASH, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL SWITCH!
