I just bought a new 2013 Toyota Prius Three from Richard Luong.

Steve Fang the internet sales manager was very straight-forward, responsive and professional. I would give five stars if it wasn't for the finance manager who REALLY wanted to sell me the extended prepaid maintenance plan and got outright rude when I rejected it.

I recently had a radiator leak in my 2008 Toyota Corolla. At first it was no big deal but I brought it to another Toyota Dealer (in the south bay area) and they tried to fix it twice. Both times the leak started again the next day. The work was covered under warranty so I don't know if they didn't want to fix it because I wasn't paying them, I just know I'll never go there again. Anyway I called Piercey Toyota as they are the next closest dealer to my house. I spoke to Ed and explained what was going on. He said he was sure his mechanics could fix it right the first time. I dropped it off the next day. This was last week. I just got back from a trip to Tahoe and the radiator hasn't leaked a drop. If you want it fixed right the first time, be sure to check out Piercey Toyota.

They will scratch your car on the passenger side. Keep your eyes on it if you pick up your car.

I have a Prius and I always had it serviced at Piercey Toyota until they moved to the new location in Milpitas. I went there with my odo reading 50K+ miles and the service rep recommended the Intermediate Service (Recommended every 15K miles). But wait - now they have 3 flavors of this service - Premium (with wash & vacuum)($350); Full ($325); Basic ($280). Right off the bat these prices are just too much - their previous offering was a single option $200 service which, if you had a coupon, can cost you as low as $170. So what's the $100 extra for - well according to the service rep they do more now - what I ask - and the answer is that they do fluid analysis (chemical based) to check for contamination. Is that the best excuse for a rip-off they have now? Who has ever heard of a chemical fluid analysis - and what good is it anyways on a Toyota built vehicle that has been well maintained? Seeing my reluctance the rep offered 10% discount and the sucker that I am, I took it and sat for a while in the waiting area trying to digest what just happened. Fortunately I got back to my senses before it was too late and immediately asked the guy to cancel the service and took back my car.
