        Overall

        I've come to Phil with my last two cars, and the service is unbeatable! It is easy to trust a family-owned company with such a long community history. Pacific Tire Outlet is where I still get my car work done - and I now live in Los Angeles!



        Make sure you get there early - they're more popular than ever. A friendly face to come home to whenever I am in the Bay Area, my guys at Pacific Tire Outlet will get it done!

        Could use better customer service

        I have been going to Pacific Tire Outlet for years - often on a Saturday morning. The line usually starts early AM. They have decent prices on tires. Last year I brought in my Audi for service. I came back an hour later and this was after handing over my key earlier. As I approached the front desk to inquire about my vehicle, the manager behind it, without me saying anything, says "Back off now". I understand that people get busy, but that was just uncalled for. And I said "Okay", and raised my arms.
