The food was ok, but services were terrible. Indeed, I have not experienced any worse service...
There were three cold noodles dishes in the menu: #60 - cold noodle with beef; #61 - cold noodle with raw fish; #62 - cold noodle with vegetables. We ordered #62 which was the vegetable one. But it turned out to be noodle with beef. We thought they served us wrong dish by giving us #60, instead of #62. A waitress (who we found out was the manager/owner later on) came over. When we told her that we ordered the vegi, not the beef one. she gave a very plain face and spoke in unhappy voice that there was nothing wrong but IT WAS THE WASY IT WAS SUPPOSED to be. with the menu at hand, we asked her why the descriptions of the dish did not mention anything about beef. We did not know Korean so we'd rely on the descriptions. She raised the voice a little bit, said "why didn't you ask the waiter when you ordered?". We were stuned, since there was a dish with beef already, why they'd have another one made with beef without mentioned about it and now it seemed to her that it was our fault that we did not consult with the waiter first. Then why they provided descriptions??? Nevertheless, we'd be totally fine if she simply accepted that they did not make it clear in the desciption. We do believe things would not be perfect all the time... with her cold face, she said "if you don't want the dish you just cancel it". I told her it was not becasue we did not want it, but I did not eat beef. We told her we'd order another dish. But she left and no other waiter/waitress stopped by our table any more. We did not really have enough to eat for the dinner. After we paid, we stopped by the couner and asked to see the manager. The same lady came out and claimed she was the one. We suggested her to make the descriptions clear on the menu to avoid unnecessary confusion. with her stern voice, she repeated it was the way it was and it was OUR PROBLEM that we did not ask the waiter. We just did not believe she could be so defensive on something was so obviously wrong.
The dinner did not give us good experienc (especially myself, since I was the one who brought my friends over).
