A helicopter I purchased here, broke as soon as we turned it on. I called the employee at the cart, and he said to bring it back in and he would exchange the product for us. I showed up at the cart, waited 30 minutes, and upon the advice of the salesperson who was temporarily watching the Heli Shoppe cart, I left my broken helicopter (fully packaged, no missing pieces) and exchanged it for a new box of the same model, along with a note with my name and phone number. More importantly, I received a phone call from the employee saying that everything was fine, and I should just go ahead a bring back the receipt so that they could claim their money back from the manufacturer. Shortly thereafter, I started receiving threatening and harassing phone calls and text messages from the owner of the two carts, "Tolgay". He wanted me to come back and both drop off the helicopter I exchanged for, and also leave $80! I replayed him the message and said that his employee authorized everything, and he threatened me saying "I already took care of him, you come back or we will take care of you". When I showed up to Great Mall, we took the head of mall security with us, who also explained to him that he was clearly in the wrong. He agreed that day to fix my first helicopter and give it back to us if we'd bring back the second helicopter. When we showed up (our third trip to great mall), he denied having promised us the even exchange, and literally chased us through the mall as we tried to get to mall security's office! Both mall security and the milpitas police advised us to fill out complaints with mall management, and advised us to pursue legal action against the cart owner for both the helicopter and harassment. Don't buy from here, their customer service is horrendous!
