I like the coach brand and have seen that the quality can be good. But I am not so sure about the quality of the customer service.
The store at Great Mall is a prime example of how a rude and incompetent customer service can hide behind a good brand.
I took in a purse for an exchange and had the original receipt that had turned black in parts. The barcode and the price were still readable though. When I pointed out the problem with the paper they were using for the receipt, the store manager refused to acknowledge it as a problem at all and moreover refused to honor the exchange at the price I paid for the purse.
This was really a very unpleasant experience for me. Anyone out there who wants to do exchanges, please make sure you save your receipts and ensure they are not turning unreadable (black) in some areas. This store needs to have better customer service and use better paper for their receipts.
