The staff are wonderful, not only pleasant and professional but so willing to work with any problems you may have. My dog had sprained her ACL and they took great care with her. She also needs special shampoo and again they had no problems with using my doggie shampoo instead of theirs. I love how she looks when finished and cant thank them enough. I highly recommend them.
