Roland's Tire & Auto Repair

We found Roads to be the cheapest around for oil change, tyres, and other maintenance. Staff is not friendly if they do not know you. They are honest. However, they are not open on Saturdays & when working M- F that's an inconvenience. Dealer is the next best place which is where we will most likely be going. For prices, good work and honesty we recommend them.

Went in to Rolands for ball joints, tie rod ends and alignment that another local shop said I needed and Rolands checked my car out and told me my ball joints and tie rod ends were fine and aligned my car with no problems. Rolands saved me around $250 dollars. The staff was very friendly and courteous but most importantly they were honest. I would recommend them to everyone who needs their car worked on.

We took our truck to Roland's for repairs a couple months ago and we paid almost $500. We started having more issues and told we needed more work. We decided to wait for it wasn't dire. Well, a month later, with a truck full of kids, I broke down completely, nearly getting in an accident. We had it towed to Roland's for them to tell us out entire computer in it was fried. We had it towed to Dobbs GMC and it was ready in one day. Turns out they found a bunch of broken wires in the engine, and were told they could NOT have broken on their own. So, $400 more later, it was running great! I was pissed! I wanted to storm into Roland's and demand a refund, but instead ill tell the works where NOT to go. Roland's will act like your an idiot when you bring in your vehicle and will tell you you are wrong, I've been there. But they break your vehicle for a lot of money!!! GMC even told us that Roland's probably said we had to get a new in dash computer so we took it elsewhere, because they stated they could not fix that sort of problem and quickly wanted it towed. Save your money, don't go to Roland's!
