In March I visited this flower...

In March I visited this flower shop to place an order for my wedding. I explained to them that I lived out of town (3 hours away) but the wedding would be in Memphis and I would only need one bouquet and two single roses. The woman I spoke to took my information, pictures that I provided, took my order and told me that she would be in contact with me two weeks before the wedding in June. I waited, and two weeks before the wedding came and passed. One week before the wedding, and I became nervous and called the shop to make sure everything was okay and to find out how much my order would cost. A different woman answered, and asked me for my name. After I told her my name and explained it was for my wedding, she informed me that the first woman who took my order went out of town and lost my order. Trying to be understanding (because sometimes things like this happen) I re-ordered my bouquet and two roses and later that day the woman called me back and told me how much my order cost. I explained again that I live out of town and would not be able to pay in person until the morning of the wedding and asked if I should mail a check or wait until the morning of. The woman said I could do whatever was easiest for me, so I said I would pay the morning of the wedding.



So, the morning of the wedding, I went to pick up my flowers. As I went in, the first woman who took my order (back in March) was there and tried to give me another wedding's order (around 5 bouquets.) I told her that was incorrect and I was here to pick up for a different wedding, and she looked at me like I was crazy. She said they hadn't made my order. I explained that I had to call back and re-placed my order with another person. I then noticed a girl who was sitting on the staircase texting on her phone who suddenly looked up and said "Yeah, I was the one you talked to. Now you're showing up? You never showed up before to pay for it." I was shocked, not only because I had to explain the situation to them several times, but also because they lost my order the first time and I was very accommodating and did not complain at all.



Overall, they lost my order for my wedding, told me I could pay the morning of the wedding and were rude when I tried to do so. They told me I was "lucky that they actually ordered my flowers" and made me stand in the lobby and wait for them to finish my bouquet. I ended up being late to the venue for MY OWN WEDDING. The only nice thing they did for me was grab cups to drink water out of for my bridesmaids. Other than that, I would never recommend this business and wish I could rate them 0/0 stars.

I received a bouquet of flower...

I received a bouquet of flowers from Kansas City and Millington Flower filled and delivered the order to me. The bouquet was gorgeous and lasted 12 days.
