Cuts by Us

This hair salon has one Hair Stylist that is good. Her name is Shelby. I called the owner and she was not interested in hearing what I have to say so I’ll post it here. I called the shop to make an appointment with Shelby and was told she would be in at 1pm. The hair stylist said I could bring my mother for an appointment at 1:30. I helped my mom get dressed and we went to the salon. There were 3 stylists there. One asked me if they could help me. I told her Mom had an appointment at 1:30 with Shelby. She said that’s not possible she’s off today. I explained to her I had spoken with a hair stylist this morning at 10:30 and was told to come in at 1:30 today. She looked at the other hair stylist and said “Did either of you talk with this woman”. Another stylist said yes she did but she didn’t remember what time it was. As they were looking at their computer they were mumbling that Shelby was booked until next week. The woman had not even logged it in the computer. So I said to her well I didn’t help get my Mother dressed to come up here before calling.could one of them do it. The younger hair stylist said to me I’m not going to do it because you have an attitude so I’m not doing it and walked away. I was shocked. All I had asked was could one of them do it because all three were sitting and no customers were in the shop. I then said I’ll take my Mom to another shop. As soon as we walked out she came storming out of the door of the salon. I WILL NEVER take my Mom there again. Sad thing is Shelby has now lost four customers because of this stylist who sits on the first chair on the right side. She was the one with the attitude. I took my Mom to another hair salon and the woman was happy to shampoo and style her hair. I will never expose my Mom to someone so rude. All she would have had to say was I’m sorry there’s been a misunderstanding can one of us do her hair or can we schedule it another day. Poor customer service.

I wish I could do 0 stars!! This place is awful!! Ladies do not try to save money by going here to get your hair cut! You will have to spend more money in the long run to get your hair fixed from it being cut wrong! I had the worse experience by going to this location! My hair is uneven and my "layers" look like straight lines across my head! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I would post pictures but the page is not giving me the option to! The manager is rude and does not even try to help the customers. She is very argumentative and says she will "try" to fix it. But who wants someone to try and fix your hair when it is already awful?!? NOT ME! I have contacted corporate and they are not as helpful as they should be either! This is a poorly run establishment and should just close their doors!!!
