Overall, I am very happy with Mill Creek Foot & Ankle, Dr. Hall & the staff. All are very pleasant yet professional; I've been especially impressed with them during recent visits & phone conversations. Not that the office was ever bad, but I believe they have worked hard to keep improving their service & the 'patient experience' in recent years. As for Dr. Hall, he has always been personable & professional, plus direct (in a good way) when needed- and with a fine sense of humor. He has a good understanding of, & empathy for, us "weekend warrior" athletes.

Dr. Hall and his staff literally got me back walking pain free. I found myself limping around due to pain around both ankles. I went to see Dr. Hall and after a couple of treatments no more pain. Don't walk around in pain when the good doctor can fix you right up. I highly recommend Mill Creek Foot and Ankle Clinic.

Dr. Yan and Heather were wonderful! They both listened and where sympathetic regarding my pain and many issues. Dr. Yan was very thorough in taking my health history, her exam and diagnosis. Dr. Hall and Dr. Yan

I have been seeing dr. Hall for almost 9 years and have had four foot surgeries with him. Very professional but not stuffy helpful but not pushy just a regular "joe" haha. About a month ago I had my last surgery and dr. Yan helped. I saw her on my follow up and she removed my stitches . I had a problem after hours she made the decision to help me. I highly reckoned this office. Even the receptionist robin is amazing.

My PCP and Dermatologist thought I had a Granuloma which was now about 2 years old. I went to Dr. Hansen to have it removed from the inside of my foot. He did a biopsy for cancer to be safe even though this was considered a rare occurrence for this type of injury. To both our surprise the pathology report came back malignant Acral Melanoma but had not penetrated through the dermis layer. Dr. Hansen surgically removed it at Evergreen Hospital. It has heal very nicely and hopefully I will avoid the cancer from returning. I'm so glad I went to Dr. Hansen for this injury. I really like and appreciate Dr. Hansen and his office staff and would highly recommend them.
