Doctors' Urgent Care Office

Went in to get tested for flu. They misdiagnosed me with layngitis. Now, instead of having tamiflu to help me, which is why I went in @24 hrs of symptoms, I am riding out the worst flu I have ever had. No one introduces themselves, so you don't know a tech from a nurse from a dr. Felt like I was in a nursing school. Very sloppy. This may sound nitpicky, but please tie hair back. Every long haired person's hair was in my face when they were listening to my lungs & heart, including the people who I think were drs in white lab coats. $75 for nothing. Bit of caution, make sure they know you have insurance because they assumed we didn't even though I filled out the insurance paperwork.

Staff was friendly. New location is very nice. NP Meagan Hawkins was very professional and not only treated my issue but she listened to me as well.

I was in extreme pain when I was seen today. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They really took the time to see to my needs.

Closes at 3:00 on Saturdays per the note on the door not 10pm

Excellent staff members. They are always so polite, even when things a busy. I felt taken care of, and the doctor was very efficient. All together a very positive experience and I would return.
