Wok Wok

My gosh, their food is so good. I can actually live off of their food. Their service have been really fast and quick-paced. Whenever you call to order, they are always nice. The customer service is also pretty nice! They are kind to everyone and you can even have conversations with the kids (when they're not doing schoolwork). Haha! You can tell the kids work very hard everyday, and one of the many reasons why I go to Wok Wok.

Wow…been going to Wok Wok for 13 years and it has gone totally downhill. Don’t bother trying to talk to anyone to complain they will not take responsibility. Always messing up orders and when you call you get told I didn’t pack up your order…well I didn’t either. Decided to give them one more chance for New Year’s and placed what I thought to be a large order. Well over $100.00. Everything was cold, chicken fingers hard and rubbery, boneless spareribs burnt. Couldn’t even give the left overs away. When I called I was told I was the first complaint they have gotten in 13 years. Hmmm…funny since I just called them last month about a wrong order. I was told that Chinese food is ALWAYS cold on New Year’s because they are so busy. The women said people spend $200 to $400 on orders at New Year’s so my order really wasn’t that much!! What??? We will never go there again.

I have been a customer of Wok Wok for 7 years now and have been very pleased with the service and quality of the food. I have watched the children grow up and take responsibility within the family business. Very friendly atmosphere.

We love the Wok Wok. Their house fried rice is the best around. Their service is great!

I called this business, and an unidentified person answered. Before I could identify myself or say why I was calling, he disconnected for no reason. To determine if it was intentional or merely a connection problem, I called back. This same person answered, and the person said something unintelligle to someone else on that end, then disconnected the call again. I called one last time, and was disconnected yet again. It is obvious that they do not consider callers to be of any importance, or that we may actually be calling for a reason. They apparently have no respect for the public. Therefore, I have no respect for them, and will not do business with them. I strongly recommend that other consumers be aware of this business's treatment of the public, and to avoid doing business with them.
