I fell behind on my car payments due to some other things that came up. My car got repossesed by Majestic. I called the next day and paid in full to get my vehicle back. When they came to take the car I was told if I planned on getting the car back not to worry about removing anything from the vehicle. I took all I could leaving behind the center consul filled with change and a couple small items. When I picked up the car I was told to meet at a cas station 45min from where they took my car. The guy who originally took the car pulled up 30 min late in my vehicle. He had me do a walk around the car making sure there was no new damage and there wasn't. Had me sign forms then walked off. When I got in the car I realized the car they took with 1/4-1/2 tank of gas was completely empty and all of my change was taken. I could care less about the change after all the money I coat my self by allowing it to get taken from me. It bothered me and I felt it unprofessional that I met at a gas station 45 min away for 30 min to have someone driving my car. I emailed the company with the only purpose being to let them know change was taken and the car had way less gas and mirrors and seats had been moved. It looked as if someone had been using my car. The response email pretty much said he is a 4 star company who never gets complaints and I am a liar. I couldn't believe the attitude I was getting from someone who deals in customer service. Warning just make sure if you do buisness with them to empty your car and leave nothing behind, take photos of the mileage and gas amounts. Hopefully they use the change for some customer service classes. Up until picking up my car I was extremey happy with "Mike" who I had been dealing with when trying to get the car back. Besides him I can't believe how they treat people. As if having something like this isn't emotionally draining and stressful enough then you add in horrible customer service! I know a few people who are in the same buisness who could use more buisness and they know how to treat people. Good luck to anyone else who gets stuck having to use this company!!

We fell into some hard times a...

We fell into some hard times and lost one of our incomes and could not afford to keep our Honda. We were very nervous about having people come in the middle of the night and take our car and embarass us. A very nice man showed up one day and explained to us the process and assured us he would treat us and our car with the respect we deserved during and after the process. We called the office after he left and spoke to Chad who was very polite to us and sympathized with our situation and went out of his way to contact the bank on our behalf and helped us work out getting the car back and the bank deferring a few payments. I cannot say how shocked we were to have this kind of service from a repossession company. When we went to pick up our vehicle we were met by both office members at Majestic and they were very kind to us and made us feel very good about things. I know many people like to complain and are not afraid to tell others how they feel when they are wronged but I thought it would be nice to let people know when someone does a good deed and share our experience. Not everyone is like the people on tv as it would appear! I hope we never have to meet them again for obvious reasons but we know that if we do we will be treated the right way.

Worse people to deal with ever.

Owner doesn't know how to talk to people. Rude,inconsiderate,and just plain wannabe thugs! How do you own a company and not know customer service?! This place should be put out! Stupid hicks!
