This place is awesome. I brought my Bayliner down because I couldnt get it running and other shops couldnt figure out why. Its an older boat so its sometimes hard to diagnose something when all the parts are worn. These guys were thorough and found out the issue. It was something that I would have never thought. Now it runs like a champ. I have put many hours on it and no problems. Just shows you have to bring it to the right people. Would recommend them again.

The service is very good, always helpful and willing to order thing if they are not in stock. Their selection is good but they are wiling to order somethings for you with very fast shipping. The prices are comparable with prices found online but may be a little high, just because they have to order certified OEM parts. Would definitely check them out and refer them.

My family and I love this boat shop! We have purchased two boats from GSBW and have had all of the general maintenance and repairs done with them. The employees at GSBW always treat us like we are family and make it their mission to get us out on the lakes in style. I know I speak for my whole family and boating friends when I say that GSBW has really kept us boating through the years and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful lakes in the Northeast-ultimately allowing my family and I to create memories that will last forever.

Avoid the service dept at all costs, I took them a boat that ran great at speed and just wouldnt idle, I got back a boat with a blown motor and a $2,000 bill for "repairs"...Crooks in plain english.
