We recently remodeled our bathroom and wanted to have a new door installed in the shower but it was kind of an odd shape so we didn't know where to go. We did a search and found Eastern Glass & Shower Door in Milford. We stopped into their showroom on the Post Rd where the owner showed us the different options that we could use and we decided on a frameless unit. The next day he came out to measure and ordered the materials. A few days later he called to let us know that the unit was built and scheduled a time to come out and install. We decided on a day and time and the technicians showed up as planned. They were very nice and clean and did a very neat job; everything was cleaned up and no mess was left. The unit came out beautiful and we are happy customers.

I have been doing business with this company for a few years now. They are awesome. They are fast, accommodating, helpful and very professional. The employees and rates are great. I recommend them anytime.

Was quoted one price on the phone, husband went to pick up, and paid more than double. Owner can't even acknowledge his guy made a mistake. Says I heard wrong and starts going on about how "I'm here to make a living". Arrogant. Poor customer service skills. Will never use them again.

Quoted a shower door. Arrogant and cocky, They are the most expensive and act like they are doing you a big favor

I had a small mirror problem-not a big job for them as far as income goes but they went out of their way to help find a solution for me. Excellent.
