Andre Phillips A Salon

This salon is great! The hairdressers are super friendly and helpful. The first time I dyed my hair the salon was using a new color line; my hair came out lighter than expected. The owner told me that if I didn't like it they'd fix it for me for free. He was very nice and understanding. I have never not left Andre Phillips not happy. I highly recommend

I love this salon! The atmosphere is great and so is the staff! I have never had a bad experience here. My hair comes out amazing every time I go. If your looking for a new place to get your hair done I recommend checking them out!

Stopped in at Andre Phillips because I ruined my hair when I attempted to color it myself. They brought my hair back to my original color and then gave me great caramel highlights. I really liked the layered cut they gave me as well. I certainly was very pleased and satisfied

I went in to get my color touched up and I'll never go back. I even brought in a picture and they ignored me and did whatever they wanted. The result was not even close, and when I tried to get it corrected, I was told "oh well. This is what it is." Rude service and an terrible job.

Andre Phillips is the best salon around. The hairdressers are all very educated and do a wonderful job. I feel confident going to any of them! Anyone who has negative things to say is a total snob and has no idea what theyre talking about. Ive sent so many people here and everyone is overly pleased! Highly recommend it!

I felt like they expected me to serve them, not the other way around. I specifically asked (at the front and to the hairdresser) for a haircut ONLY. She cut and dried my hair and then I was asked to pay for a "cut and style" ($15 more than a haircut only). I explained the discrepancy, and they did not offer to take the extra $15 off -- a bait and switch. Then as I was leaving the parking lot, I saw the owner and he looked like he wanted to say something, so I slowed down and passed him with window open. He said "pedestrians have the right of way." WHAT? I was expecting "nice hair!" since I was clearly a client leaving his salon! When I got home and showered, I saw why he didn't compliment me...it's the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Had to touch it up myself so it didn't look so dowdy. Will not return -- it's a snooty place without reason.

Was having problem with my hair and old stylist wasn't catching on to the problem. Went to Phil. He immediately figured out the problem. He told me it would take some time to get to where he envisioned it. Little by little he got me there. After 7 months, he got me there, and the compliments have been coming out of the woodwork non-stop and from the most unexpected sources. It's been an incredible haircut that even I can manage myself. Highlights from Krista are teriffic. All really reasonably priced.
