I tried using a coupon and told them I wanted an upgrade on 1 of the pizzas and gladly pay extra for what I wanted and they totallyrefused My business saying I couldn't upgrade anything. Dominos would do it for the extra cash. Pizza Hut would do it for the extra cash. So next time you think about ordering pizza don't buy it from Papa Johns because they are too lazy to add on their cash register and don't want your business. The first time I got carry out I was more than satisfied but the last 3 times I've ordered from there nothing has been right, but I don't like making people change it so I just take it. My advice if you are going I get something from here to get a receipt and check and make sure you got what you order before you leave. They have excellent taste though.
