After my first visit to this studio, I decided that I had to return. Their drop in classes and packages are the best prices in town, and their instructors are the most attentive and friendly. I have been to Dance 411, Gotta Dance, and all the other dance studios in ATL, but Rhythma blows them out of the water. The classes are small and easy to get the kind of hands on attention that a private lesson would offer, but without the sky-high prices! For a ten class package, you pay $100. These never expire and you can mix and match between belly dancing, hip hop, body contortion hip hop, ballet, contemporary, core training, capoeira, and art of seduction. I can't wait for my next class!
I have not missed one of Schadia's beginner classes since I started 2 months ago. Belly dancing is so relaxing and a great form of exercise (I lost my love handles). I really look forward to Schadia's class every week. A few friends of mine bought belly dancing video tapes but couldn't do the dances because the video tape did not break it down for them. I informed them they have to take a class in order to get a break down of the dance - it's more to what you see on the tape and it's fun and you meet some very interesting ladies. Oh and ladies: the men love it!...Thanks for lessons and your patience Schadia. You are great.
I have been in Atlanta for six years and have been to several of the local dance facilities. Yes they have good teachers and the other students seem to be having fun. But I want all my friends to know that this new studio - Dance It Off - has all the right ingredients for a big success. The owner, Lynn, has a big smile and sincerely makes you feel you are part of her family and are welcomed with open arms! The grand opening was a blast and I am looking forward to the Broadway classes on Tuesday. Good luck to all the staff at Dance It Off! Keep up the good work.
