I took my family to see the Good Dinosaur this past Saturday. (The movie was great and so was the theatre!)
Great friendly service upon arrival. There was a really long line to get tickets, but with two windows open, they pushed people through to the counter! Great, quick service.
Then we got inside. The Management Team needs to fire their cashier, Daniel. We committed to the middle line. Terrible choice. We got in line at 4:15pm. We had a 4:25pm movie. You would think 10 minutes was plenty of time to get popcorn and sodas... there was literally 5 parties in front of us (with averaging 3 people per party...). At 4:25PM I sent my wife and child to the movie while I waited until 4:40PM to get my 1 Lg Popcorn and 2 Med Drinks. I didn't finish getting my order til 4:45PM.
Daniel did not have a sense of urgency....at all. He really did not care at all to be at work or to have a job. He did not have any sort of welcome - "what are you having" is not a welcome at the counter. He'd rather let his coworkers cut him in line to serve their guests before his.
I kid you not the other lines turned over twice while we waited. terrible.
I'd rather spend my $20+ anywhere else but with you all with Daniel working. Please fire the kid that doesn't care. Thanks!
