I have to admit that at first I was skeptical about taking my mower to such an establishment with poor reviews, however I figured I would give them a chance, considering no one ever reports good reviews they always post negative reviews. I have to say I had a wonderful experience. When I walked in they were extremely busy, however they greeted me and said someone will be with me shortly. They did quote me 2 1/2 weeks for a repair, and were up front about costs. Once my mower was repaired the Gentleman behind the counter named Nate mentioned that next time to avoid the "rush" I should bring my mower in to be serviced over the winter instead of the summer months when everyone is using theirs. I had no idea that if you serviced and winterized your small engine equipment that you will have less headaches over the spring and summer months. Makes sense to me! I would gladly take my mower there again.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. These people are the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is terrible. If you need products, go somewhere else!
