Recently picked up a prescription and paid with Walgreens Xpress pay via our benefit payment card. What i did not realize was the 1st prescription I picked up; we paid regular price. I never questioned the pharmacy tech. The 2nd day an additional prescription at $200 I was shocked. The tech did some checking and found out that our insurance was not active on the benefit payment care due to recent enrollment. The pharmacy tech was very helpful and had a sense of urgency with my issue. She even offered to credit back the original prescription to my card and rescan with the new insurance information. Thank you Walgreens for make me feel valued!
I visited the new CVS store and had excellent service. Every employee in the store was extremely polite. The store was well stocked and very clean. I will enjoy going to this store.
I feel that the New CVS store is the verybest at customer service. They are very kind and patient friendly. I would recomend them to all of Midland welcome to Midland CVS
