(Raquel) the manager has got to be the rudest person for a customer service job!!! Although the dentist was nice and awesome, I will never go back there again just because of how I was treated about my childs appointment that was rescheduled without me knowing... She basically said the dentist is leaving early so do u want to reschedule or not.. I felt like she didnt have time for me and I was a problem... I ask several times for her to have a doctor call me back and she said (with the rudest attitude ever) "for what that's not gonna change anything".... After I told her that's not how u treat a paying customer she then proceeded to tell me because of the type of insurance I have it looks like I didn't pay for anything out of pocket anyway!! Which just added to her rudeness and lack of managing skills... I was very disappointed!!! The 1 star is for the Doctor!!!

Had a great experience when I visited. All staff was nice but Jacklyn really stood out with her excellent personality and service. Would definitely return.

Great Office & Staff! I have brought my 4 yr old here twice now, and she has done excellent thanks to the people at this office. At our previous dentist, they were unable to get the x-rays and they were also unable to do anesthesia in office. As a result, this was going to result in my daughter having to go to the hospital to have her x-rays and cavity filled costing us a huge amount of money. The people at this office are very good with children and putting them (and Momma's) at ease. They are also able to do anesthesia as needed for your little ones. These are just a couple of the good things about the office. It was a great experience overall.

Loved it! Jacklyn was nice and super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I LOVED IT! First, the waiting room is filled with things to occupy the children while they're waiting, including video games and a mini movie theatre. We took our son here for his first dental checkup (6 months old) and his dentist was very patient with him. She listened to all of our concerns and was very reassuring. Thank you Dr. Gutta!

I liked Dr. David Smith he was a pretty cool guy for being a doctor and all. Plus I still don't have any cavities.

Wish I had something better to say. Called to inquire about participation in my dental plan and was speaking with Evonne (sp?) who placed me on hold to ask someone else for the answer...got disconnected (or so I thought). When I called back, Ruthie (sp?) answered. I was told Evonne wasn't in when I asked to speak with her again, and she said she'd been gone for half an hour. She insisted that was true even though I told her I had just spoken with her less than two minutes before. She even said, "oh, you were calling about the private insurance question," which I had not mentioned to Ruthie at all. I can't imagine the reason behind this. Why not find an answer to my question...and why tell me she's been gone for half an hour?? I will say both ladies were very polite in the conversation, but I find the way they handled my return call to be very dishonest and unprofessional.

My kiddos love it here. Great front and back desk greatings.... dentists and assistants are exceptional at helping them feel right at home. Love it here. Finally a dental office I don't have to drag them to :))))))

I have been attending MDFK for quite some time now, and our experiences have just kept getting better. It's more important to me that my kids feel safe and MDFK has provided more than that. Thank you MDFK for always striving to be better, it's worth the drive for me.

I love it here. Everything is so clean! The environment is fun. The dental assistants are especially nice! They treat my son great. They make him feel as comfortable as possible and I don't think any dentist office beats this one!

From the second that I stepped foot into this office... I knew this would be my kids' new dental home!! I have experienced dentistry in many aspects and I have certain specific qualities that I look for in a dental office and most importantly--- a dentist. I am extremely pleased and so are my children. My daughter will be starting ortho soon and can hardly wait. My kids totally loved their experience. With all the tv's and games.... they forgot they were there for a dental visit!!

Thank you so much for a great staff at Midland Dentistry 4 Kids. My son is 9 years old. He Broke his front tooth. He is soooo scared of going to the dentist. He had to use sedation. Not only did the staff take good care of him, I felt like he was treated like family. They attention they gave him and the most up care, He was in and out in no time. The staff kept me informed of the procedure being done until it was complete. The entire staff was friendly from the time we got there until we said good by. Thank you...

My experience with my son at Midland Dentistry 4 Kids was good. The staff there was very nice and patient with us. They try and make the kids feel welcome and as comfortable as they can. We will be going there from now on for my son's dentistry needs. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in taking their little ones to the dentist.

I enjoyed my experience with Midland Dentistry 4 Kids. The doctors were incredibly nice! I loved how they took their time with my child and we never once felt rushed!

I went in today, with my kids and was very excited and very pleased , I have been to several pediatric dentists here in Midland, I recently was going elsewhere, to Kool Smiles, never have i BEEN SO UPSET LIKE I WAS THERE THAT PLACE IS A WRECK, !, MY EXPERIENCE TODAY HERE , WELL THERE IS NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE, IT WAS THE VERY BEST PLACE I EVER BEEN, MY KIDS LOVED IT,, THE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND VERY GREAT TO MY KIDS,, IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN, AND THE EQUIPMENT WAS TOP OF THE LINE,, THE DR , WAS SO INFORMATIVE WITH ALL OF MY QUESTIONS,, YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS PLACE,, THE KIDS DEFINATELY FORGET WHERE THE ARE WHEN THEY WALKED IN, ALL THE DIGITAL TVS,, THE THEATRE,, WAS THE BEST,,, YOU FORGET WHERE YOU ARE,, AGAIN, THE STAFF WAS SO NICE,,,, THANKS MIDLAND DENISTRY 4 KIDS,,,

i thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Midland Dentistry 4 Kids. usually waiting at any medical office is the worst part - not here. even though i'm almost 30 years old, i found myself playing video games and watching movies in the movie theater. in no time, we were called back.



the doctor was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. the staff was very accommodating and the place was clean as a whistle. i don't see how someone could call the place horrible - it's brand new!!



i agree with the gentleman below - someone must be out to tarnish this new business in town - and that's not only unfair but dirty business (and i have a sneaking feeling that someone with the username "lisasmiles" might work for another dental office... just a hunch).



don't believe the haters and give them a chance. you won't regret it.
