Very,very disappointed with my experience at this specific location and Brooke as my wife's stylist. Our only reason for going to Joe James was to get a caramel color in her hair. When I called to make the appointment I specifically specified that I wanted her hair "brighter not darker". According to Brooke her hair was dark brown to start with... OK cool whatever.I just wanted that color. The hair came out "Black"!! With around 8 to 10 stripes of the color we wanted! Now, I can't say anything about any other stylist that works at this Joe James salon, but Brooke made us flush our money down the toilet. The only reason I even left one star was because you cannot leave a review without leaving at least one star. I have already tried to work things out with them as far as letting them correct their mistake, but they said they would have to charge me an additional $160 to re-dye. I guess I'll have to pass on that offer. Can't even look at my wife without taking a big sigh. Just disappointed, I'll keep looking around for a salon. Unethical Business Practices.
Even after speaking with the manager they refused to honor my gift card. There was no expiration date on the card but after already getting the cut and expecting to pay with it I was told the card was expired and he refused to do anything to help me. I can't exactly return the cut so I was stuck paying additional money for a service they were paid for in advance.
