Very,very disappointed with my experience at this specific location and Brooke as my wife's stylist. Our only reason for going to Joe James was to get a caramel color in her hair. When I called to make the appointment I specifically specified that I wanted her hair "brighter not darker". According to Brooke her hair was dark brown to start with... Unethical Business Practices. Even after speaking with the manager they refused to honor my gift card. There was no expiration date on the card but after already getting the cut and expecting to pay with it I was told the card was expired and he refused to do anything to help me.
