Worst customer service ever ! What makes it worse is that not only the employees are rude so is the owner, and to top it off the arrangement had broken flowers ,and was not what was ordered. Then when you go and complain you are left standing there talking to yourself, obviously my business was not that important to them after they had already collected my money and then refused to reimburse for services that were promised but not delivered. Will NEVER EVER USE this company again !!!

Thank you so much for getting the flowers to my aunts home going service. We were unable to attend the service. The flowers were beautiful and gave the rest of the family a warm and fuzzy feeling on a very cold autumn day in December. Your service was exceptional and I do offer my apology for the short notice of less than 17 hours. Thanks again and I will continue to use Flowerama Of America for our floral needs.
