On time, had it repaired quickly. Kenmore Elite dishwasher, fourth service call. Thankfully we bought (then extended) the extended warranty because at this point they have "spent" more on repairing this two year old dishwasher than we paid for it. Kenmore used to be great stuff, now its just rebranded inferior quality with some stainless steel slapped on the front.

The service technician was able to diagnose and repair a failed board on my treadmill the same day as the needed spare parts were carried on his truck. He was very professional and took time to explain each step of the repair process. I also appreciated he offered Saturday hours and showed up at the scheduled time period.

4 times someone came out because out ice machine in fridge wasn't working. They finally got a new part for ice maker. So now my husband got ice put it in glass of milk, now get shaving from?? If he were to have swallowed that it could have damaged his esophagus. Just saying. We had same fridge before this one and for 10 years never had to have one thing done to it. If I have to call again on this fridge someone is going to get me another fridge and it won't be a side by side. Never been so disappointed in an appliance as I have this. Eva Ray. Dale has been here twice to try and fix the problem my Electrolux refrigerators has with the water dispenser. He is very nice and courteous. I hope it is fixed for good, but this the 4th tıme trying to do it. Two other technicians, all very competent and nice, have fixed it before, but it still stops giving water after a while. The Sears technicians seem to be very knowledgable and arrive within the time frame promised.

The technician that came to our home to check out our washer and dryer was one of the finest appliance technicians I have been around, his name is Bill Boyd and he has even been here before. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, caring and his expertise is very evident. He was able to diagnose the issue with the dryer very quickly and corrected the issue and it works great. The washer was a little different, he heard the noise that I had reported and upon further inspection he found three separate articles that had come out of the tub and wash under the tub and close to the pump. He could have just removed them and said that was the problem but he went ahead and checked the hub assembly and found the thrust washer to be crushed and broken and the inner hub worn. He replaced the necessary parts and reassembled and tested and it is like new and operates as designed. You can send Bill to our house on every laundry service call we may have and I know that it will be fixed and fixed right.
