New Construction
In order to create a one-stop shop environment for the customers we work with, Superior Surfacing offers additional construction services for their convenience.
Demolition
This includes minor excavation, topsoil placement and seeding as well as demolition services. Most services required in conjunction with the completion of your project are available.

Driveways
In the above video, Riverwoods Community was completely repaved, including roadways, side streets, all driveways and common parking areas. New Belgium block curbing and extruded concrete curbs were also added in select areas. Drainage was also installed, along with pavement markings.
Asphalt Paving
Superior Surfacing Systems is a full service asphalt paving contractor that specializes in commercial paving, pavement restoration and coating applications. Our concentration is on large facilities and we perform a large volume of work for property-management firms that manage condominium communities and office complexes.
Excavation
In addition to paving, Superior Surfacing offers one-stop shopping with a full line of related services including; seal coating, asphalt repair, crack filling, striping, and concrete curb and sidewalk work. We also provide sealcoating, excavation, drainage work and other services related to a commercial project we’re working on.

As a concrete paving contractor we perform concrete construction projects of all kinds and specialize in the removal and replacement of existing damaged concrete. If your concrete is failing we will determine if the existing concrete has improper steel reinforcement, low grade concrete, drainage problems, underground issues, or just poor workmanship and advise on needed repairs. Our range of work includes parking lots, walkways and sidewalks as well as specialty concrete construction such as curbs, gutters, trench drains, catch basins and dumpster pads
