Fitness at the Edge

This gym is wonderful. You get everything you need - numerous classes (including yoga, pilates, tai-chi, group power, zumba, sculpt n tone, move n groove, step, kickboxing) which are all included - no extra charge. They also give you personal training - no extra charge. Even if you want nutritional coaching - it's included. No hidden fees - truly, one stop shopping.



The gym is located in a beautiful building that is so convenient. It's 1 mile off of 84. The gym is women only - which my girlfriends and I love. The color scheme is very spa like - and it has a gorgeous wall of windows that look out over a field of trees surrounded by a stone wall - beautiful and relaxing.



The staff is very professional and certified in what they do - tons of experience. Whatever your goals and needs are they have a plan for you. I couldn't be happier.
