The recently open Sushi Bistro is of the top places to go to eat sushi or even Hibachi (if I'm not mistaken). Open seven days a week the Sushi Bistro can seat you at all times. The Store is located diagonal to Home Depot off of Blanding and Baxley of Middleburg. The Sushi Bistro is a very clean and formal looking from the inside. The building itself was just recently built about 4 months ago from its openning. The place can hold approx. 25 people a sizable seating for its size. The staff is very kind and will treat anyone with the up-most respect. The Sushi Chef is very talented in his art of food. His sushi crafting is unbelievible and he (himself) is very clean in preparing food and even cleanliness. The prices of the food are very reasonable. The also provide import and domestic beers as well as other alcohol beverages. Now let me say the Sushi Bistro's sushi is UNBELIEVABLY GREAT. The common favorite of most is the Highway 17 roll. a deep fried combination of cream-cheese and seafood. I definite favorite of mine. Another common favorite for people is the dynamite roll. Its a little bit hotter than most sushi rolls but will not have you suffering in a heated pain. It just enough to heat the taste buds. There are many other great sushi restaraunts out there but of the many the Sushi Bistro might just be the top one in the clay, orange park, middleburg area. All-in-All the place is amazing and I recommend it to all. A true 10 for 10 for this one.
