I just recently moved to the area and had no idea where a good place to get a pedi and full set would be, so I decided to get on yellow pages and find a place. Not only did this place have good reviews, I walked in and was greeted so warmly and then got a pedicure. The gentleman doing my feet was so nice and made me really comfortable and carried a conversation and jokes with me, he took his time and was gentle, prices are fair and I'm completely satisfied. I will be coming back and I recommend this place to anyone!!!
The management team needs to learn customer service. I wouldn't bother wasting my money at this establishment again. One manager I specifically remember looking me up & down & giving me a stank look. No respect here. If this salon would like to make more money and return customers, then I would highly suggest you learn manners and a lesson on Customer Service. Best of luck to this business and whomever descided to put up with their petty management.
I've been going to Silo Nails since it opened several years ago and before that, I've followed Christina from the old Publix (now Marshalls) shopping center on Blanding Blvd. Her establishment is ALWAYS clean and so are her tools of the trade. She and her employees are always smiling and ready to make you feel beautiful again. Love the mani's, pedi's and pampering! Thanks!
