Ryan Ramsey, the owner of the company, gave the job price on all the items that needed to be done( full house repurposing , water system installation ) and we both agreed to it . After coming back to fix several errors he finally finished and got pain in full. Upon checking his work I realized that he took several shortcuts in re plumbing my whole house , the items he was supposed to complete were not completed so I asked Mr.Ramsey to come back and get it done as promised and agreed where he refused and asked to pay him more money. Not only he cheated me on the work completed he would not send me an invoice so I can use for the tax purposes. I am very disappointed in this company. Mowever , mr Ramsey has spoken on multiple text msg in an aggressive , disrespectful manner! I would never hire this company to do anything major in your home! I have given him chances to make it right but he stopped answering my calls and texts, I will be complaining to BBB and the consumer department.

met him in parking lot of win dixie asked for a card, he in turn asked the problem, explained elderly mother wintering here and bath needs to be handicap accable, he came out the next day, did the required work, charged less than others in area and was gone in no time. thank you sir for helping me out in a time of need. merry christmas to you and your family.

Called them with a plumbing issue at 3;15 in the afternoon. By 6:00 pm the problem was fixed and for a fair price. I will use them again in the future.

Ryan & Mike came out to my home in middleburg, they were on time and they also explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. very professional service I highly reccomend this company
