I have been dealing with this company since the 1970s. My 1976 Maxima wagon was constantly losing the battery and no one was able to tell me what was wrong until I discovered Queens Instrument. Bobby (the owner) discovered that my security system was constantly on so he fixed it.
Since 2001 I have a Volvo wagon and I trust Bobby and Marino to fix everything. They have and at reasonable prices. I never have to go back to have them redo anything they repaired and they have discovered important problems that I would never have known about.
Lest you think they are manufacturing situations let me tell you that they always show me what parts have failed and always ask permission before repairing it. I am super happy with their work.
This company and the personnel are A1 businesspeople -- honest and a delight to deal with.
