OMG!!!. The staff here goes out of there way. Always respectful. I was at the store the day the previous reviewer was there. the customer was an arrogant and rude client in which walked in front of all clients and started yelling at a women in the store. The owner saw the disrespect this person was directing to a women and his staff. He offered to help when that person started yelling at the owner. The owner then very politely asked the ude client to leave. Most customers were afraid of the yelling person. But the staff continued to be professional. WOW. Great Customer Service. The customers actually clapped when the owner asked this arrogant _____ to leave. If you want to be treated with respect!!! With great customer service come here.
Even with the holiday rush. They were very polite to very rude customers . I was quite impress to see how a customer was very abusive having them pack and shrink wrap a present. When they couldn't afford the shipping. They asked to dumped the peanuts and packing. Although there was a long line. They did everything the customer wanted. The customer made them void out the shipment. Made them redo another shipment and repacking. Then refused to want to pay for time spent almost an hour!! Wow great patient . I don't know how they do it. They only get bad reviews. I seen the opposite
Would like to thank Dexter for the exceptional service given in finding a package that UPS delovered to the incorrect address. I have been speaking with UPS for two weeks and there were ubale to help me. I then called Jetbox international and in one day Dexter was able to assist me in finding my package which was lost since April 6th, 2015. I would want to agree with trinijunkies that this is the ideal place for allyour shipping needs to the caribbean.
