I WILL NEVER USE YELLOW CAB COMPANY AGAIN!
I called 10am in the morning to reserve a wheelchair-lift cab for 5:30pm that night.
This was the first time we were taking my Father out since his stroke 6 months ago.
He is paralyzed on the left side of his body and getting him into and out of a car is next to impossible. 10 family members were joining him at dinner hoping to make him feel like a human again,
At 5pm I called to see where the cab was.
I was told "Sorry we don't have one." I told them 'sorry' wasnt good enough and that I had reserved one early that day. They said 'sorry' again and that was that.
YELLOW CAB DEVASTATED A WHOLE FAMILY, PUT A PARALYZED MAN THROUGH HELL AND OBLITERATED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A JOYOUS NIGHT.
WHAT A HORRIBLE, NON-CARING, ILL-RUN EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY.
