I have never been treated so poorly by a company! I call at 4 pm to be told that they are closed and I should be grateful she is even taking my call and speaking with me. After calling trying to speak with someone to see if they can do the work I needed done I was told they would not give me the name of a manager or owner that I had to call at 8 am tomorrow......after this morning being told to call this afternoon. Hello business ownership is public record! Why the secrecy and why would you have a potential client running around calling trying to get to management?!?!? Should the one answering the phone not be taking a name and number to have someone call me back? I should not have to jump through hoops to be your client. I can call any other of the thousands of AC companies in Miami and be treated with respect and as a valued customer! I was hung up on twice because the lady on the line kept telling me she could send out a tech, as nice of an offer as that may be.... No I am not interested in a tech unless I speak with someone from your company who says they can do the job I need done in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Don't try to strong arm or manipulate me thank you! I was spoken to like I was garbage and hung up on by a rude, uneducated receptionist answering phones at $10 an hour! I will take my 10k budget to a company that will say Hello and thank you when I call! I foresee you going out of business very soon!

I needed a new AC Unit at my rental property ASAP. I called them and within 30 minutes George showed up and inspected my property to be able to recommend the proper system for it. He beat everyone's prices and also gave me a great warranty! I definitely will be saving their info!
