Wal-Mart

The only problem I have with this Walmart is that if you are in a particular department and you need help with finding an item; the employees automatically say "this is not my department, find the staff that belongs here", instead of calling them for you. Or if you happen to take an item to the cashier without a price ticket, they send you back to gat another item with a price. Last time for thanksgiving week, I went with both my small children, ages 5 and 1. I didn't notice that the price on the turkey wasn't there. The lady (noticing that I was already having a hard time with my 1 year old) looked at me and said "you have to go back and look for another turkey". I looked at her and said "you don't have anyone that can do that for me???" She said "no!". So I left ALL the stuff on the counter, took my SWEET time looking for another turkey (while I had a CRYING baby), went back & she looked at me like if I was crazy. I said "sorry I took long, is not easy to walk all the way back there with two kids and one crying; can you give me my total?". Make sure every item has a ticket if not they won't help you. Another time a cashier told me to just take a rubber duck my son wanted, since it didn't have a ticket and she wasn't allowed to leave her register. I told her "no thanks, I wouldn't feel honest doing that!". I think a manager should be aware of this.
