Business Description
Tutto Pasta is a family run restaurant that is centrally located in the heart of Miami. Chef and owner Joao Carlos Olivera combines Italian cuisine with his Brazilian touch that creates flavors which will transport your palate to the Italian countryside. Chef Olivera has served the finest Italian cuisine in the area since 1994. The Miami Herald named Tutto Pasta one of the best in Dade County. Zagat raves this is the real thing, "Family-run" "Favorite" is the kind of "rare gem" where the "great traditional" pasta is as "perfect" for a delicious business lunch as it is for "an inexpensive, fresh dinner." The Pasta is made daily in an open kitchen where the customers can see it being made, we also make fresh bread and desserts. Chef Juca has taken great pride in decorating the dining room himself in order for you to have a great meal and great ambiance so you can feel at home.

My first time coming here and I enjoyed it. I ordered the pear ravioli and was pleasantly surprised. AMAZING! I've never seen anything like this on any other menu. I always enjoy a new twist on an old favorite.

Great pizza! I have never eat...

Great pizza! I have never eaten at the formal restaurant just the pizza area, but the pizza is so delicious that I have never had the chance to eat at the formal end. Pizza is authentic and ohhhhh so delicious!

Less than stellar

I read a great review about their lunch specials and cold beer. Well the lunch pizza sampler was to order several small pizzas, meant to be shared among 3-4 people. The lunch salads were over $12.00 each. So I just ordered a Caesar salad and a beer. Had I not been so hungry I would have sent it right back, but I just wanted to eat..Honestly the salad didn't compare to Wendy's Caesar side. For like $8.00 the lettuce was brown on the edges. Serious I throw away better food than they serve when I do my weekly cleaning. I wouldn't go back if the food was free. But the beer was good.

Homestyle cooking in Downtown Miami

I live on Brickell and come to this restaurant at least twice a month for their pumpkin raviolis and pava dessert. This is not your typical fancy/chic/overpriced SoBe style restaurant, and is more for ""locals"" that have great taste in pasta. The dishes are absolutely great and very reasonably priced. Eat outside on the cooler days. Wine list is great, dessert options are delicious, and the service is exceptional (for miami anyways!) Definitely stop by for lunch or dinner if you're in the downtown/brickell area. park on the street or in the strip mall parking off to the side for free. definitely not the same old same old. highly recommended for those that want to eat great food in a neighborhood style location. also recommended is tutto pizza next door, they let you order from either menu, so very family friendly, too.

Some of the best pizza in Miami

This is great little hideaway in downtown miami. if you're looking for great pizza in a comfortable setting with great service this is it. very family friendly. the food is brought out very quickly and all the servers help all the tables, so someone is always around for assistance. prices are very reasonable. this is not your typical South Beach chic overpriced restaurant. come here for good pizza and service. leave your attitude at the door. definitely recommended if you're in the downtown / brickell / roads area. you can also order from the tutto pasta menu next door. ample metered parking on the street, and free parking at the strip mall parking lot next door. highly recommended from a true local.

Great little spot, not far from the port of Miami

I stayed at a hotel fairly close to the port of Miami, prior to a recent Bahamas cruise. After a long overnight flight from San Francisco, I was delighted when the staff recommended this outstanding Italian restaurant only about a block from the Extended Stay. I went back the same evening for dinner!

Since Miami is a lot hotter than the San Francisco Bay area, I opted to eat inside though they offer outside dining. The menu was quite extensive. For lunch, I chose an excellent beef carpaccio and an arugula salad with thinly sliced figs, and goat cheese - heavenly. The wine list was excellent - I had one of the best Mendoza malbecs I've ever tasted. Dessert was passion fruit mousse - an unbelievable concoction so tantalizing, I had two. I would love to get that recipe - it's almost worth a trip to Miami for another!

Dinner that evening started with the focacia di capra with its wonderful thin crust, goat cheese and truffle oil. Brazilian owner, Joao - known as Jucca - Carlos Olivera has the pizza place next door and this is one of their specialties. There are so many wonderful dishes - and specials every day - it is difficult to make decisions. I remedy this by arriving a day before a cruise and staying a day after so that I can eat, at least
twice, at Tutto Pasta. I know there are other great restaurants in Miami but, at this rate, I'll never get anywhere else until I've tried everything at Tutto Pasta.

Excellent service and wonderful food

The wide range of pastas and excellent specials makes dining here a treat. The service is prompt but discreet; you never feel rushed or harassed. The wine selection is quite nice.
Try the pumpkin filled ravioli or the risottos. All great!!!
