Stay here is horrible they have black tape covering the leaks when it rains its leaking they have no housekeeping theres termits eating the wood. management is very rude and unprofessional.

Where do i begin with this place?? Everything seemed good when i called to find out the daily prices $50 a night. I didnt read the reviews until after the room was booked. Whenever i stay in ANY hotel/motel my first instinct is to flip the blankets n sheets back to check for bugs and things. There were no bugs but there were mouse droppings on top of the pillow and under it. Thats only the beginning.. Roaches were running wild all throughout the room. I left out for a few hours, came back it was raining outside. When i opened the room door the floor was soaked. Water was pouring down the walls as if i were standing outside n the rain. I could go on for days about this place, bottomline if you want a nice, CLEAN room with no leak problem mouse droppings or dirty towels spend the extra couple dollars somewhere else. The 50 spent is not even worth helping this business that refuses to make attempts to upgrade. Im not understanding why miami doesnt have any guidelines for these places to follow by. Im sure the police know about the prostitution going around on property but they dont care. I swear i would sleep in my car before i hand a dollar to any of those incompetent front desk people. DO NOT STAY HERE. TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

The room has roaches. They have rodent bait set up in the rooms.the owner frequents rhe parkinglot screaming at you to atay in your room and keep the door closed. After yelling at us 3 times to get in our room and close the door we were told we would be redundsd our money and to get out. We vacated the pewmisis and were charge a full days rental
