Overall

Do not take your vehicle here, especially if you are unsure of car maintenance, expense, repairs, etc. I towed my Honda here after it overheated, as the Tire Kingdom in my hometown is very trustworthy, but apparently the ones in Miami - particularly this location - are not! The staff knew up front that my parents and I were trying to decide whether to pay for major repairs or sell the car and purchase a new one, yet these crooks knowingly withheld information from the diagnostic tests showing that my distributor was bad until the THIRD time that weekend my car died on me. Yes, THIRD.

After spending $1,000 (more than) with these con artists on Friday, my car overheated and broke down again on Saturday. Fast forward another $600 and a broken hose, gasket & valve cover that should have been noticed and dealt with the first set of repairs, It's now Sunday... and my car just broke down again!! The staff member I spoke with made the mistake of telling me that it was the broken distributor that had shown up on the diagnostic test the previous two times my car was in their shop. Considering I made a huge point of asking about any other repairs they could forsee in the near future, how the other systems in my car were looking, and if it was worth fixing the first $1000 problem, I am horribly disappointed. Dealing with these people lessened my faith in humanity a decent bit, and I'm out $1,600 plus a rental car for that week, when I could have just used that towards a new vehicle had they been honest with me.

After this experience, I can almost understand why our society is so litigious, I wish I had legal recourse in this situation, just to ensure they can't do this to other individuals.

Unfortunately, there were a number of other angry customers I noticed by the last day I spent at this Tire Kingdom, and several who probably didn't even know they were being duped. Sad. I hope they go out of business, and I will be calling corporate and making a report to the better business bureau.
