        AMAZING!

        I GOT THE MOST AMAZING ARRANGEMENT AND FOR A GREAT PRICE! THE RECEPTIONIST WERE SUCH SWEET HEART AND HELP ME THROUGH THE WHOLE ORDER PROCESS. I RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO EVERYONE!

        disappointing service

        My shipping instructions for afternoon delivery were ignored and the arrangement sent first thing in the morning with no name on it. The family I sent it to had no idea who the flowers were from. Website states someone will contact you after placing online order, nobody did. I did not receive an e-mail or a phone call to tell me the final cost or to tell me that my name was missing from the card. Had someone contacted me to confirm the order like their website promised, this wouldn't have happened. What flower company sends out flowers with no name on it unless the sender asks to remain anonymous? The recipients of my flowers were simply confused, rather than delighted. I am so disappointed.
