South Florida Van Lines

We moved to our new home on 06/22/2013. The movers seemed nice and very helpful, but then one of the men (Victor) began mentioning his desire for beer. We offered water, which they took; however, they stopped for approximately 30 minutes between houses to pick up beer to drink en route.



They seemed otherwise acceptable and careful. Several items of furniture didn't fit in our home--so we offered them those items which they took. Apparently we weren't generous enough as we have noticed multiple clothing items are missing totaling approximately $500.



We contacted the van line and the customer service agent offered no recourse other than to say their employees wouldn't do such a thing...etc...and that missing items generally turn up. Well, as more and more items turn up missing, I feel that this company should be reported to prevent other trusting individuals from being exploited. NONE of the items were ever found--because they were stolen.



I have never been more disappointed with a mover--and I have moved many times (literally all over the country). I cannot discourage their use enough.

We just moved today and Robert, one of the owners, actually came on the move to help in my local move into storage. He kept things real organized and made sure the workers payed extra attention to my antique pieces as well as the artwork that needed wooden crates. Overall this was one of the best experiences I had with a mover. Robert and crew were magnificent. The crew kept a good sense of humor in spite of lots of hard work keeping everyone cheered up in spite of all the stress. Keep up the good efforts.. thanks a million! Good job.

I found South Florida Van Lines to be a well qualifed and hard working outift. My move was a bit unique with a few different stops. I like the fact the Foreman called me , my mother and sister , those were the stops i mentioned, before arriving. Its a small thing but again i appericated the gesture. The move took a little bit longer then planned but it really wasnt their fault, miami traffic is a scary thing. I received free wardorbe boxes for the extra half hour it took which way made up for the extra time. I will use South Florida Van Lines again next year when i move again. Thanks for the good move.

I recently used South Florida Moving for a very small move. I was trying to find a mover to get just a couple of pieces of furniture from my house to a consignment furniture store about a mile from my home. I contacted a couple of movers, but their prices were too high for such a small job. I contacted South Florida Van Lines and they were able to meet my need because they had a regular scheduled moving truck route that came near my home. They gave me a call before heading my way to make sure I was home, got the piece without any issues, and quickly delivered it.

They moved my grandmother to South Carolina in April. They where on time and courteous. The men really went out of their way to protect all my grandmothers furniture. I could not have a had a better moving experience. Thanks again and I should be using you for my local move coming up in a couple months.

This company is the best ever because they really worked hard to keep me calm during a stressful time when we moved across town. The owners were patient with my questions and concerns. On the move day, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We were in our home in no time and then they even re-assembled our adjustable beds so we didn't have to worry about that either. Definitely recommend South Florida Moving.

Prompt, Polite, Hardworking, and Thorough! My wife and I chose South Florida Van Lines for our recent cross-town move, and couldn't have been happier. More than just a moving company, for me the experience I had with South Florida Van Lines was more than just having them move my things; they were really nice and were concerned that I would have everything I needed, gave me instructions on where to find the closest stores, gas stations and all those places I might need while I got to know my new neighborhood in Miami Beach. To sum it all up I think that these movers have the whole package, the moving service and the quality service that we need.
